Tablecloths are included with table rentals — we launder them, no separate cleaning charge. A $200 refundable security deposit is required to hold your event reservation; it is additional to the rental charges and is refunded after satisfactory cleanup and no damage. Cancelling forfeits the deposit. If you reschedule to a mutually agreed date, the deposit carries over to the new event under the same refund conditions — if no mutually workable date is agreed, it is treated as a cancellation.

Furniture inventory is not the venue’s guest-capacity limit. Confirm your guest count with a manager.
The essentials
