Before your item comes inside
- Provide proof of insurance and full payment.
- Coordinate drop-off with Emerson or Kori. Staff place all items inside the building.
- If an unattended drop-off is arranged, staff will bring the item inside that night unless you both agree otherwise.
Access and spring pickup
Access during the storage season is by arrangement with a manager. All items are moved to the parking lot on May 15, so plan to remove your item by then. There is no late-pickup charge at this time.
Seven days’ notice applies to everyone for pickup — contact a manager in advance so we can arrange it.
Need an earlier pickup? Early removal is $150 unless you coordinate it with us during the fall; advance arrangements that allow accessible placement avoid the charge.
