When is winter storage available?
The event season ends October 10, and the storage season runs from October 15 through May 15. Coordinate drop-off and pickup with Emerson or Kori. All items are moved to the parking lot on May 15 — plan to remove your item by then. There is no late-pickup charge at this time.
How is storage priced?
Storage is $35 per foot for the full season. Tongues on campers, boats, and trailers are excluded from the measurement. There is no minimum charge or separate width charge.
Will my item fit through the door?
The door measures 14 by 14 feet. Items must be under 13 feet 6 inches in both height and width. Management confirms fit and placement.
Can I visit my item during winter?
Yes, by arrangement with a manager who can meet you at the building. Customers do not have unrestricted access.
What do I need before drop-off?
Proof of insurance and full payment are required before your item goes into the building. Staff handle indoor placement.
What if I need an early pickup?
Seven days’ notice applies to everyone for pickup — contact a manager in advance so we can arrange it. Early removal is $150 unless you coordinate it with us during the fall; advance arrangements that allow accessible placement avoid the charge.
When can I rent the building for an event?
Events are available May 20 through October 10. Keys are available Wednesday at noon. Complete cleanup and return the key to the drop box by the door by Monday at noon, unless otherwise coordinated with management.
Are tables, chairs, and decorations included?
They are separate rentals. Tables are $15 each, chairs $3 each, pews $25 each, decorations $250, and the bar/keg tub $250. Tablecloths are included with table rentals.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash and check are currently accepted. Online payments are not yet available.
Does an inquiry reserve my date or storage space?
No. Management must confirm availability, rental terms, paperwork, and payment arrangements. In this private preview, forms create test records only.
